If you liked Iron Man 2 then you’ll love Fraction’s “Resilient” series. No, seriously. I like Fraction’s run better than the movie. Stark is struggling to get his corporation back on it’s feet, while Justin Hammer’s daughter and granddaughter (he was a lot older in the comic) scheme to destroy him, while selling their own machines to less-than-admirable clients. Instead of his super-narcissism in the movie, I enjoy seeing Stark much more vulnerable and humbled, though that arrogant streak hasn’t gone completely. And his new armor is amazing. Oh, and Pepper is upstanding and three dimensional, unlike her film counterpart. See, Paltrow? It wasn’t that difficult.

(ahem) So what are you still doing here? Go get your comic!

PS–yes, I haven’t forgotten! Reviews of Superman/Batman Annual #4 is coming up real soon!
